By using the Site, you express your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the following Terms of Use and Conditions, please do not use this Site.

  • Further, by accepting these Terms of Use through your use of the Site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age you may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Squad Cycles does not intentionally collect personal information about children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 may not use this Site and parents or legal guardians may not agree to these Terms and Conditions on their behalf. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.   • Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

  • While Squad Cycles strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Squad Cycles cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Squad Cycles shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Squad Cycles may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We strive to provide you with the lowest prices possible on Squad Cycles as well as in our stores. However, store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • These Terms and Conditions may not be amended, waived, modified, or terminated by any subsequent action unless set forth in a revised Terms and Conditions posted on this Site by Squad Cycles.

 

Return Policies 

  • Framesets and Complete Bikes

  • Squadcycles.com accepts returns on framesets and complete bikes within 30 days of the original shipping date under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged - If the bike or frameset arrives to you defective or damaged, you can return it for replacement. We will refund the actual ground shipping costs of your return in such a situation. If no replacement is available you will receive a full refund.

  • Incorrect Size- If you determine that you chose the incorrect size bike or frameset, you can return it for a properly-sized replacement within 30 days of the original shipping date. The bike or frameset must be in new condition and must not have been ridden outside and show no damage or wear. You will be responsible for a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price of the bike or frameset, which covers the administration, labor, and depreciation costs associated with a returned bike or frameset. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs and proper insurance.We will do everything within reason to help you fine tune the fit of your new bike within this 30 day period, including trading out stems, handlebars, and seatposts. Please note that if we send out replacement items, your credit card will be billed for such items and a full credit will be issued once we receive the original parts back from you.

    Returns for exchange or store credit
    If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your frameset or bike purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original shipping date for an exchange or a store credit. The bike or frameset must be in new condition and must not have been ridden outside and show damage or wear. You will be responsible for a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price of the bike or frameset, which covers the administration, labor, and depreciation costs associated with a returned bike or frameset. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs and proper insurance. 

    Returns for refund
    If you choose to return non-defective bike or frameset to us within this 30-day window for a refund, you will be responsible for a restocking fee of 20% of your purchase price. We will inspect the bike and have the right to refuse the return if we deem it shows any wear. The bike or frameset must be in new condition and must not have been ridden outside. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs and proper insurance. The steer tubes on forks must not be cut. Cut forks will be charged full replacement cost. Stock seat posts may be cut for fit purposes. After market seat posts that are cut or scratched beyond a reasonable degree will be charged full replacement cost. Special order bikes and framesets are final. squadcycles.com considers a special order to be a bike custom ordered from a manufacturer for you. This includes, but is not limited to, bikes or frames ordered with custom sized tubing and/or custom paint. If a customer wishes to cancel a special order bike before it has shipped from the manufacturer, there will be a $200 cancellation fee (typically to cover fees charged by the manufacturers). A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all frameset and bike returns/exchanges and can be obtained by calling: 1.514.219.2890. triathlonlab.com will only accept returns or exchanges with valid RA numbers clearly marked on the outside of packages. Items not returned with valid numbers on the packaging or not within the 30 day return period will not be accepted by squadcycles.com and will be shipped back to you AT YOUR EXPENSE.

    Because international orders require additional processing, they make take longer to ship than domestic orders. We understand that you want your purchase, and we want to get your order to you quickly. We work very hard to be prompt and accurate. The actual receipt time for international orders will vary according to distance traveled and your country's customs process.

    Duties Taxes & shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the destination country. During the checkout process, after you enter your shipping information and before you enter your credit card payment information, you will be presented with your shipping options. Choose the shipping option you prefer and the cost will be added to your order. In some cases the shipping cost may be inaccurate. In those cases we will email you prior to processing and shipping your order to notify you of the actual shipping charge. International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for detailed information. Customs, import duties (if any) and local taxes are assessed when the package arrives in your country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you or your country's customs rejects your shipment, or your package is deemed as undeliverable by the shipping company for any reason, we will refund you for the refused items; however, you are responsible for your shipping charges plus any other fees that may apply. If additional fees do apply, they will be taken out of your refund. If you feel the error is due to a mistake on the part of the shipping company, you will have to contact them directly about getting your fees refunded.

    Customs & Country Regulations

  • Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products to your country, it is up to you to double check your country's import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.

In this instance, personal information may not be used by the partner for any other purpose. Squad Cycles may also generate non-identifying and aggregate profiles from personal information Members provide during registration (such as the total number, but not the names, of Members). As explained in more detail below, we may use this aggregated and non-identifying information to sell advertisements that appear on the Site.

Online Shopping: On the Site, you can purchase products and services or register to receive materials, such as a catalog or new product and service updates. In many cases, you may be asked to provide contact information, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit/debit card information. If you complete an order for someone else, such as an online gift order sent directly to a recipient, you may be asked to provide information about the recipient, such as the recipient’s name, address, and phone number. Squad Cycles has no control over the third parties’ use of any personal information you provide when placing such an order. Please exercise care when doing so. If you order products directly from Squad Cycles, we will use the personal information you provide only to process that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Special Cases: It is Squad Cycles’s policy not to use or share the personal information about Visitors of Members in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. However, Squad Cycles may disclose personal information about Visitors or Members, or information regarding your use of the Services or Web sites accessible through our Services, for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we believe that it is reasonable to do so, including: to satisfy laws, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests for such information; to disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms & Conditions or other user policies; to operate the Services properly; or to protect Squad Cycles and our Members.

C. Non-Personal Information & Cookies Squad Cycles also gathers non-personal information through standard tracking mechanisms on Squad Cycles internet servers. For example, Squad Cycles employs “cookies” on various parts of the Site. Cookies are information that the Site transfers to the user's hard drive to facilitate record keeping and tracking a user's preferences. Non-personal information is primarily collected in order to improve the functionality and user's enjoyment of the Site, to tailor the Site to your individual preferences, and to make using the Site simpler and more enjoyable.
